Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are packaged discreetly in plain brown boxes, unmarked bags, or standard mailers. Shipping labels will not indicate the contents of the package, and no GripMasterCo. branding or logos will appear on the exterior.
International Shipping
While we take every measure to ship discreetly, international shipments require an itemized Commercial Invoice attached to the outside of the package for customs clearance.
This means:

“GripMaster” will appear on the packing slip.

A list of purchased items will be included.

Product names will match those shown in your shopping cart but will not contain overtly explicit or identifying terms.

The invoice will be folded so the item list is not outwardly visible—only the address information will appear.
Recipients are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees incurred upon delivery.

Expedited Shipping Note:
1–3 day expedited services apply to business days only and exclude weekends.
Orders placed after Wednesday may not arrive until the following Monday.

Tracking Information
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
